Booking your cleaning services with Pristine Cleaning Service is very easy! You can either call our customer care hotline at (312) 463-4244, chat with us or you may also choose to book it online using our online booking portal. All you have to do is select the type of service you want, add any additional service (fridge cleaning, oven cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc.), select the date and time you prefer, add your payment details and click on submit. Your booking confirmation will be sent shortly after.

+ How far in advance do I need to schedule an appointment??

We offer same-day appointments subject to cleaner availability. To get the most convenient time for you, we suggest that you book at least 5 days in advance.

+ Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

Absolutely not! We understand how busy you are and should you not be available during the cleaning, that is totally alright. Just let us know how our cleaners can get access to your home. Please provide us with a garage code, access code, or whatever arrangement you want so our cleaners can get inside your home.

+ Are you insured?

Yes, we are! Our clients’ peace of mind is very important to us, that is why we take every step necessary to ensure that they feel confident in hiring us.

+ Do you provide the cleaning supplies and equipment?

When our cleaning crew arrives at your doorstep, they have their own cleaning supplies and equipment so you do not have to worry about providing us with those. Should you want to use your own cleaning supplies, please let us know and we will gladly comply with your request. Also, to minimize cross-contamination between homes, we ask all our clients to provide us with a toilet brush.

+ How long will it take to clean my home?

We would love to leave your home pristine clean and we do everything we can to make sure we exceed your expectations. The time to clean your home depends on its status and the cleaning service you have selected. Say, for example, deep cleaning of a 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom will take longer than that of a standard cleaning of the same apartment.

+ How can I tip the cleaners?

If you are very happy with the cleaning service provided to you by our team of professionals and would like to show your appreciation, tipping is the best way to do so. You can either give it to the cleaners at the time of clean or you may also call us at (312) 463-4244 to have your tip added to the final cleaning fee. If you have already set up an account with us, you can log in to your account and add the tip you want to give your Pristine Cleaning maids.

+ Can I have the same cleaners each time?

Once you have experienced how our maids Pristine Cleaning do the cleaning, it is understandable that you would want to have the same cleaner each time. We totally understand and would do our best to send you the same cleaner each time. If for any reason, your preferred cleaner is not available, we will let you know so you can either reschedule the cleaning appointment or you may also get another cleaner for that day.

+ How many cleaners do you send?

We normally send one cleaner for the job however, an extra team member may come as needed.

+ What is your cancellation policy?

Here at Pristine Cleaning Service, we make sure that each job is serviced by the best cleaning professionals possible. It takes time to schedule ensure each of our cleaners’ schedules is full and when we set up the appointment with you, you are ensured that that time is exclusive for you. In the event that you need to cancel, please notify us 48 hours in advance. Cancellation is done in less than the said time will incur a cancellation fee of $70 so as if our cleaners are unable to access the home upon arrival.

+ What is the difference between standard cleaning and deep cleaning?

Standard cleaning is regularly done on a weekly basis while deep cleaning is usually carried out every month or when it is your first time to book a professional cleaning service. If your home has not been cleaned for 1-3 months, we recommend that you have your home deep cleaned. While regular cleaning maintains a good level of cleanliness around the house, our deep cleaning service covers areas that are not usually covered during a standard cleaning. It reaches the deep grime and dirt that accumulated for weeks or months and focuses on your kitchen and bathrooms.

+ Can I add additional services?

Pristine Cleaning allows our clients to customize their cleaning as much as they want. You can add extra services such as oven cleaning, fridge cleaning, interior windows cleaning, and/or carpet cleaning. + What services don’t you offer?

We would want to be as detailed as possible though there are services that we are unable to perform, such as:

• wet wiping of light bulbs
• resurfacing/waxing/refinishing of floors
• putting away dishes
• large furniture moving (or lifting of anything above 25 pounds)
• mold removal
• extensive ceiling cleaning and
• large scale trash disposal

+ Do you have carpet cleaning services?

Yes, we do! You can book it together with move-in/move out cleaning, deep cleaning, or deep cleaning + to get the most out of the service.

+ How can I reschedule my cleaning appointment?

You have 3 options in rescheduling your appointment: you can call us at (312)463-4244, chat with us online or send us an email.

+ What if I am not happy with the service?

We take customer satisfaction very seriously so if you are, for any reason, not satisfied with the cleaning service, please let us know within 24-48 hours to address the issue and re-clean for free. Please note that we do not issue refunds since we believe that doing so completely neglects the issue.

+ Do you offer green cleaning services?

Our company believes that having a clean home doesn’t have to hurt mother Earth so we use eco-friendly cleaning products that work as well as its conventional counterparts.

+ Am I required to enter my payment information when booking online?

When booking your cleaning services online, you are required to enter your payment information to also secure your slot. Should you decide on a recurring service, our system will automatically generate your next cleaning schedule so you won’t have to go online and re-do the process. We would also use the same card you used the first time unless you would like to have it updated.

+ What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit card payment and accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover. Please be advised that we charge a $6 convenience fee per transaction.

+ Can I change my credit card information that I used during booking to another credit card?

Yes, you can update your credit card information by calling our customer care hotline at (312) 463-4244 or by logging in to your online account. If you haven’t created an account yet, we suggest that you create one so you can update your information and booking any time.

+ What is your refund policy?

As mentioned above, Pristine Cleaning Service does not process refunds. In the event that our client is not happy with the service, we rectify the issue by going back to reclean and address the missed spots.

+ Is your payment system safe?

We value your safety and only use a payment processing platform called Stripe and have been audited and certified as PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry. Stripe uses the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security, protecting its users’ information.
