+ What is your cancellation policy?

Here at Pristine Cleaning Service, we make sure that each job is serviced by the best cleaning professionals possible. It takes time to schedule ensure each of our cleaners’ schedules is full and when we set up the appointment with you, you are ensured that that time is exclusive for you. In the event that you need to cancel, please notify us 48 hours in advance. Cancellation is done in less than the said time will incur a cancellation fee of $70 so as if our cleaners are unable to access the home upon arrival.

Pristine Cleaning Service does not process refunds. In the event that our client is not happy with the service, we rectify the issue by going back to reclean and address the missed spots.
