Pristine Cleaning Service remains open for business and our recurring services are continuing to run but with some changes to ensure the health and safety of all our cleaners and clients during the outbreak.
A Note to Our Valued Clients
You are the center of everything we do at Pristine Cleaning Service and your satisfaction with our cleaning services is the driving force and how we measure our company’s success. While the landscape of coronavirus is unpredictable and affects each of us differently, you remain the core of our business.
We would like to reassure you that we are still here. While you work from home, our cleaners will sanitize all frequently touched surfaces, such as countertops, door knobs, light switches, and faucets. We will still use our own cleaning products as usual unless you wish otherwise.
Our professional house cleaners are also advised to stay at home if they are sick or feel any flu-like symptoms. In addition to that, we are also enforcing procedures from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) regarding our employees. Our expectation from you is that you inform us immediately if someone in your home becomes sick. If you feel you have to temporarily suspend your service due to illness, please let us know either by email, call or even text and we will welcome you back when you are ready.
We also want to inform you of the actions we are taking as a business to protect both our cleaners and clients during this COVID-19 outbreak.
We are in constant contact with all our cleaners and are asking them and yourselves to take all the precautions you can.
Our cleaners are instructed to wear masks at all times and maintain social distancing when cleaning homes.
We make sure to disinfect our equipment in between cleanings and if you feel you would rather have your own equipment used during the cleanings, we will most certainly abide.
We have always ensured that the same cleaner attends the same clients each clean and that our cleaners only use the clients cleaning materials, to prevent cross-contamination.

All cleaners must follow our detailed cleaning and safety guidelines
Thoroughly wash their hands before, during and after their cleans with warm soapy water
Surfaces should be cleaned using regular products and then where possible, disinfected using a product that is certified to kill 99.9% of germs.
Special attention should be paid to "high touched" areas such as; door and cupboard handles, light switches, TV remotes, tables, countertops etc
Warm water (not hot or cold) should be used when cleaning surfaces and mopping floors, to maximize the effectiveness of cleaning products
Use disposable or machine washable gloves
Open windows where possible for ventilation
Wash cleaning cloths and mop covers at a high temperature (60°C or above) after every use
Avoid shaking dirty laundry and soft furnishings such as bath mats and rugs
